Viking Stainless Steel Carving Set - Set of 2 Made in Germany with authentic old world craftsmanship, this set of two includes an 8-inch hollow-ground slicing knife and a 6-inch meat fork. The slicing knife has oval indentations along the blade that keep meat slices from sticking. The meat fork is perfect for serving. Made of high-carbon-chromium-vanadium stainless steel, which has been ice-hardened to increase durability and retain sharpness, the set has one piece hot drop forged construction. The hand ground cutting edge of the knife means optimum performance. Both have polyxymethylene handles with fiberglass reinforcement and a full tang running the length of the handles. The handles have triple rivet construction for durability. Hand washing is recommended, and the knife should be sharpened periodically to remain in perfect condition.
