Description

The Medium mill provides a combination of the veneer cabinet of the Fidibus 21, with the larger motor and burrs of the Classic mill. Like all KoMo electric mills, the Medium uses advanced corundum/ceramic burrs and a strong. Its solid beechwood hopper holds 1 lb. 15 oz. of grain-enough for over two pounds of whole grain bread.
